Check-In::

Check-in time is at 3pm, and check-out time is at 11am. Please let us know if you need to arrange early or late check-in, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Upon arrival, please take a moment to review the property and ensure everything is in good condition and that you have everything you need for your stay. If you notice any damage or issues, please let us know immediately.  

Check out ::

Check-out time is at 11am. Please gather all your belongings and double-check that you have included everything.

Please leave the property in the same condition as when you arrived. This includes washing any dishes you have used, disposing of any garbage, and cleaning up any messes.

Amenities::  

     • there are extra towels and bedding/blankets in both the wardrobe

     in the hall and the hall closet.  

     • Wifi is "Jenifer" with no password.

     • there is a heat only thermostat in the main hall and in the master                bedroom.  The master bedroom controls all the           

     bedrooms.  The mini-split has both AC and heat.

     • if you need instruction on how to use the range, you can check out

     these videos for instructions.  Please do not use the

     broiler/griddle without permission

Some Rules::

Trash: Trash can is a cabinet in the island on the sink side. Please put trash in the bin outsode and we will bring it  to the road for pickup on Friday mornings.  There are extra trash bags in the drawer on top of the trash.

Pets::  When outside, all pets must be on a leash at all times.  No exceptions, ever.

Smoking::  you may smoke on the back porch, but please no smoking of any kind inside the house.

Parking:: we are a large house with a large driveway, so we can accomodate many cars - but please do try to keep an organized lineup of vehicles in the driveway.  Jenovate will use a maximum of three spaces during your stay, and we have room for 2-3 additional vehicles if organized carefully.

The grounds:  You would be well advised to wear bug spray in the warmer months of the year, this is definitely the country!  When applicable, you are welcome to have some of the fruit from our trees, but please be respectful and only take what you will consume - we all want to enjoy it!
